We are moving Towards a Future Where Families Heal Together.

What we do

A woman sitting on a sofa reading a book to a child who is holding a teddy bear.

Providing evidence-based psychological therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness therapies for children and adolescents.

Psychological Therapy

A therapy session with a therapist speaking to a group of three adults, two women and one man, in a cozy setting with speech bubbles showing thoughts or emotions.

We support families through evidence-based therapies like PCIT and EFFT, helping build stronger communication, connection, and emotional resilience.

Family Therapy

Silhouette of a person's head with a tangled scribble inside representing confusion or mental chaos.

Providing ADHD-centred therapy with CBT, mindfulness therapies, and executive functioning strategies to improve focus and coping skills.
